The Special Education Status report is based on enrollment history records present in jmc. The report is populated with data from the span of special education services appropriate for the date you choose.

To run the Special Education Status report, go to Nebraska > Special Education History > Special Education Status.

Step One: Select the date for which you'd like to view a report by typing in the text box or clicking the calendar icon.

Step Two: Click the "Sort by Grade" checkbox if you'd like your report to be sorted by grade.

Step Three: Click the "Preview" button to view the report.

Step Four: Click the "Print" button to print a hard copy of the report.

Step Five: Click the "Export" button to export the report to a downloadable file.

Helpful Tip: If you are using other software to report your special education (SSEPA) to the state, update your special education history data using Update Special Education History from Ed-Fi API prior to using this report.
