No Need to Call the Office. The “Attendance Hotline” feature allows families to submit absence and tardy information to the school office without having to pick up the phone. Families can now schedule absences for upcoming trips, medical appointments and out sick days right in the jmc Family app! This now eliminates the hassle of trying to find the school phone number and leaving a message. Whew!

Tap the Attendance Hotline icon on the bottom navigation bar and then the "+" button in the bottom right to report a new absence.

Step One: Select the kiddo that will be absent using the "Select Student" drop-down list.

Step Two: Place a checkmark in the "Full Day Absence" check circle if your kiddo will be absent all day.

Step Three: Enter the “Start Date and Time” and “End Date and Time” in the appropriate fields.

Step Five: Enter the reason for your student’s absence in the “Reason for Absence” field.

Step Six: Click the “Submit” button to send your scheduled absence to the school office.

Fun Fact: When a future absence is submitted, you'll receive a confirmation email of the pending absence or tardy.
