jmc's Combine Output Files tool allows schools to merge state reporting output files that were created for different school buildings within a district. The MDE requires districts to merge all buildings before sending them in.

To combine multiple state reporting output files into one, go to Minnesota > Combine Files > Combine Output Files in jmc Office.

Step One: Click the "Browse" button to browse your computer for the files you would like to combine.

Step Two: Find the file you would like to include in the merge and click the "Open" button.

Step Three: Repeat steps 1 & 2 until you have selected all of your desired files.

Step Four: Click the "Merge" button to compile them together for upload.
