If you have accidentally submitted WISEdata for a student that should not have been included, you can easily remove the data from the DPI's database using the WISEdata Delete Student page. By following a few simple steps, you can ensure that the student's information is removed from WISEdata, allowing you to rectify any mistakes and prevent the reporting of false information to the state.

In jmc Office head to Wisconsin > WISEdata > Delete Student to remove a student from the WISEdata portal.

Step One: Select a student from the "WISEdata Delete Student" drop-down list to identify the student that needs to be removed from the WISEdata portal.

Step Two: Click the “WISEdata Delete Student” button to delete the student from the WISEdata portal.

Fun Fact: Deleting a student from WISEdata prevents overlapping enrollment records between schools that can lead to errors during state reporting.
