John is found in the bottom corner of jmc Office. See him smiling at you right now? John can do multiple things. We're going to explore them in this article and lay out some best practices. Let's get started!
Start in the Help Center
The first thing you'll notice about John is the articles. Without leaving your jmc Office page, you can search our Help Center containing over 800 task-based articles. Need to learn how to use the Message Center, inventory medications, or change Period Attendance? No problem.
How does it work? Simply click John, enter a few keywords in the "Find your answer now" field, and click the arrow. John will serve up several articles right in the program! Follow our step-by-step directions without ever leaving jmc. How cool is that?
A little more about those articles. First, they are live on the web. Feel free to send the article to teachers, families, or anyone else! Second, if you didn't find your answer within the articles served to you, click the "See more results" button or the "Visit Help Center" link. A new browser tab will open and you now have access to our entire library of helpful articles.
