Move-up season has begun! To get going on the next school year let's get your jmc database ready for the year. Simply fill out a short online form and let us “move-up” your data for you. After collecting your contact and building information and any new modules you want to add for the new year, the jmc team will have your database ready in no time!

Get started by visiting the jmc 2025-2026 Move-Up Form.

Step One: Enter your 3 or 4-digit client number in the “Client #” field to identify your district.

Step Two: Enter the name, email address, and phone number of the person responsible for the move-up process in the designated fields, so our tech support specialists can reach out if they have any questions.

Step Three: Select the number of buildings you currently have in jmc using the appropriate radio button, then click the “Next” button to proceed.

Fun Fact: There’s no need to include your "District" in your building count—we’re only looking for building-level information here.

Step Four: Enter the name of your first jmc school building in the “What is the name of building 1?” field.

Step Five: Enter the student count of your first jmc school building in the “How many students are in building 1?” field.

Step Six: Repeat steps four and five for each additional jmc building, then click the “Next” button to proceed.

Step Seven: Select the number of new buildings you’d like to add to your jmc database, or choose "No thank you" from the “Add a new building” drop-down list. Then click the “Next” button to proceed.

Step Eight: If you added new buildings in step seven, enter the name of the new buildings in the corresponding field.

Step Nine: Select a radio button from the "Module Selection" box to let jmc know if you will be adding modules or if you want to keep the same features and configuration you currently have. Then click the "Next" button to continue.

Step Ten: If you selected "We’d like to add additional modules!" in step nine, please place a checkmark next to each module you'd like to add for the 25-26 school year, and then click "Next" to proceed.

Step Eleven: Select a radio button from the "District Sandbox" box to let jmc know if you want to add a district sandbox for the 25-26 school year. Then click the "Next" button to continue.

Fun Fact: The district sandbox provides schools with the opportunity to explore different scheduling options and features without affecting their “live” data. It includes a copy of data from one school building.

Step Twelve: Select a radio button from the "Hosting" box to let jmc know if you or jmc will be hosting your jmc data. Then click the "Next" button to continue.

A few fun facts

  • jmc hosts your data in a SOC 2 Type II data facility with the latest SSL certification and DOS protection with redundant network connects, meaning your data is safe and secure, housed in a state-of-the-art highly secured data center.

  • jmc will manage and install all software updates and back up your data to a secure location for disaster recovery.

Step Thirteen: Enter any additional questions or comments in the “Comments" box that would assist jmc tech support specialists during your move-up. Then click the "Submit" button to submit your online form to jmc!
