jmc updates improve the stability, performance, and security of your jmc software and they include updates for jmc Office, jmc Teacher, jmc Family and other apps that are part of the jmc software suite.
We recommend updating the software whenever a new version is available so you can make sure your software suite stays in tip-top shape. Let's take a look at the updates included in this release.
jmc Office feature updates/additions
Annual changes to the Trade & Industry and Work-based Learning subject areas, required by MDE, have been completed for Minnesota Carl Perkins 20-21.
Primary contact information has been added to Communication > Data > Edit Student Records allowing you to see family contact information as you're filling out a communication record.
COVID-19 vaccination data is now included in jmc for manual vaccination entry and is also now included in MIIC (MN) and IRIS (IA) vaccination downloads.
Student first and last names are now separated when you run a Drop/Add report in Attendance > Reports. This update makes the exported data much easier to work with as you now have separate first and last name columns.
Minnesota's new pandemic lunch benefits response has been incorporated into jmc. You'll find the new file export at Lunch > Free/Reduced MN P-EBT File Export.
