The system status page provides a quick view of jmc services categorized for easy access. There are three possible statuses for each service:
Online, Available: The module or feature is performing as expected with no issues.
Intermittent, Issues Reported: The module or feature here is experiencing issues and not performing up to jmc standards for at least some of our partners.
Offline, Unavailable: The module or feature is down for all of our partners and we are working to restore the functionality.
Fun Fact: Through our in-app help widget "John", jmc will alert our affected partners about any outages or issues that might affect your efficiency or productivity.
