Upload downloadable content for online registration

Schools can take advantage of online registration to easily share files or documents with families.

Keep all your important school documents in one easy-to-access location by uploading them in jmc Office! From computer use policies to course descriptions and handbooks, families can find everything they need in the jmc Family portal during online registration. Sharing documents digitally streamlines distribution, saves time, reduces printing costs, and helps keep families informed with the most up-to-date information.

To begin uploading your files, simply log in to jmc Office and navigate to jmc Family > Online Registration > Setup > Downloadable Content.

Step One: Click the “Add Record" link to select a document from your computer for families to download in jmc Family.

Helpful Tip: Leave the “Is Active” checkbox checked so families can access the file during the current school year.

Step Two: Enter a name in the "Link Name Displayed" field to label the download link families will see during registration.

Step Three: Click the “Choose File" button to begin uploading the file from your computer to jmc Office.

Step Four: Enter a description of the document in the “File Description” field to provide additional details about the document before families download it.

Step Five: Enter a number in the “Sort Order” field to control the order in which downloadable files appear to families.

Step Six: Click the “Save” link to make the file downloadable for families during the Online Family Registration process, or click “Cancel” to discard your changes.
