Have a computer use policy, course description booklet, or school handbook that you'd like to be able to provide families? No problem! jmc lets you upload these to your registration set up so families have quick access.
To get started uploading your files, log in to jmc Office and head to jmc Family > Online Registration > Setup > Downloadable Content.
Step One: Click the “Add Record" link to select a document from your computer that you’d like families to be able to download.
Fun Fact: Leave the "Is Active" checkbox checked to have the file available to families in the current year.
Step Two: Enter a link name in the "Link Name Displayed" field to label the link families will see and click during the registration process to download the file.
Step Three: Click the “Choose File" button to browse for and begin uploading the file from your computer to jmc Office.
Step Four: Enter a description of the document in the “File Description” field that explains the document to families before they download it.
Step Five: Enter a number in the "Sort Order" field to place the downloadable files in numerically order when viewed by families.
Step Six: Click the “Save” link to save this downloadable file and make it ready for families to download during the Online Family Registration process.
