If you have a computer use policy, course description booklet, or school handbook that you want to share with families, you can easily do so using jmc Office. By uploading these important documents, families can access them directly from the jmc Family portal via the online registration module. This eliminates the need for printing and distributing physical copies of the forms, saving both time and money.

To begin uploading your files, simply log in to jmc Office and navigate to jmc Family > Online Registration > Setup > Downloadable Content.

Step One: Click the “Add Record" link to select a document from your computer for families to download in jmc Family.

Helpful Tip: Leave the checkmark in the "Is Active" checkbox to make the file available to families in the current year.

Step Two: Enter a name in the "Link Name Displayed" field to label the link displayed for families to click during the registration process to download the file.

Step Three: Click the “Choose File" button to browse for and begin uploading the file from your computer to jmc Office.

Step Four: Enter a description of the document in the “File Description” field to provide further explanation of the document to families before they download it.

Step Five: Enter a number in the "Sort Order" field to place the downloadable files in numerical order when viewed by families.

Step Six: Click the “Save” link to save this downloadable file and make it ready for families to download during the Online Family Registration process or the "Cancel" link to discard changes.
