The jmc Academics module allows students and their families to view all data related to coursework from the convenience of a web browser. This includes attendance (by day or by period), progress reports, lesson plans, and course registration, as well as student meal account purchases.

Bus

Give families peace of mind and help ensure safety by sharing a full view of students' transportation plans. The jmc Bus module is designed to give students and families a convenient glance at all their bus information in one convenient location. Available information includes bus number, bus driver name, pickup and drop-off times, and more.

Discipline

Tracking student behavior can take away valuable time from teaching. The Discipline module allows teachers to quickly record disciplinary interactions and relay them to the front office, where administrators can share them with families and anyone else who needs up-to-date information on a student’s behavior. Create your own problem behaviors and actions or choose from a list of predefined ones included in the module.

Family

jmc Family serves as the window into school for families of students. The jmc Family module allows families to maintain student meal accounts, view report cards and lesson plans, submit contact information updates, and much more. Families can access the module 24/7 via a web browser or the jmc Family app (available for iOS and Android).

Health

jmc's Health module can help turn your school's health office into an efficient clinic! The Health module manages all a school’s health needs in one easy-to-use program. School health professionals can use the module to manage and search student health records; track office visits, health screenings and medication; and maintain immunization records. Families can access the module through jmc Family to view and print student health histories.

Lunch

jmc's Lunch module allows families to maintain student meal accounts, make payments online with a credit card, and stay on top off all aspects of their food service account. The family current balance is displayed along with a list of meal items purchased by each student in the family.

Online Registration

jmc's Online Registration module is a convenient way for families to ensure their school district has up-to-date information about them and their students. Schools can use the module to customize registration forms, approve updates to contact details and accept information on new students online. Families can access the module via jmc Family (online or app) to fill out and review the registration forms, and even sign the forms directly from their devices.

Parent Information

Give families power over their contact information and save front office staff time on data entry with jmc's Parent Information module. Using the Parent Information module (found in jmc Family), families can update their addresses, phone numbers, and more online, including how they wish to be contacted via jmc's Message Center.

Teacher Conference Scheduler

The Teacher Conference Scheduler module streamlines teacher conference scheduling---no more juggling paper sign-up sheets! The module allows schools to post-conference schedules online so families can sign up for available time slots themselves. Teachers can set the time and length of conferences, reserve blocks and/or override appointments on behalf of families, and send confirmation and reminder emails, if desired.

Report Card/Transcript

With the Report Card/Transcript module, there's no need for families to wait until teacher conference time to see report cards. The Report Card/Transcript module allows students and their families to view and print report cards, progress reports, and transcripts for the most recent grading term from one convenient location.

Tuition and Fees

The Tuition and Fees module allows schools to easily track tuition and fees for students and/or families. Users define and set up their own fees---fee types can include school tuition, library fines, activity fees, and more. Charge fees throughout the school year, print reports, and maintain accounts, all from within the module. Schools that have purchased the Online Parent feature in jmc Office can give families online access to fee transactions and account balances.
