If your families have tuition or fees charges you'd like to let them pay off over time, mark those specific fee items as eligible for recurring payments. In jmc Family, families can then choose to set up recurring payments for any eligible fee charges on their account.
It's easy to mark a fee eligible for recurring payments, so let's get started. Log in to jmc Office and head to Tuition/Fess > Data > Edit Fees.
Step One: Click the "Edit" link next to the fee you want to allow recurring payments for.
Step Two: Place a checkmark in the "Recurring Payments" checkbox to allow families to set up recurring payments for the current fee.
Step Three: Click the "Save" button to allow recurring payments or click the "Cancel" button to discard the changes.
