Administrators and administrative assistants may not be at their desks for much of the day so with the Admin Connect app you can access important student data while you are out and about in the school. Find students and their demographic information, enter and review student and family communication records, send out mass text and voice messages, and more with just a few taps.
The Admin Connect app is a great tool available for free on both the Apple App Store and the Google Play store.
Logging into the jmc Admin Connect app
Logging in is as easy as 1-2-3! No need to learn a new username and password or the jmc school site URL – use the same login credentials you use to access jmc Office every day.
The Home Screen
Have the pulse of your district at your fingertips! Use the dashboard for any day you choose to monitor a wide variety of data. Simply select a date and the information displayed is instantly updated.
Pupil Count: shows how many students are enrolled
Total Absences: tallies the number of students absent for a full day
Attendance %: displays the percentage of the student body currently present
Meals Served: shows the total number of breakfasts and lunches served
The navigation bar will allow you to choose the areas you want to explore. Tap the item and it will take you directly to the information you want to see.
Home: view attendance and meals served statistics for your district
Student Data: search for a student and see the found student's demographic, schedule, attendance, and communication information
Message Center: send emails, voice calls, and text messages right from your device
Settings: reset your connection to the district server if needed
Student Data
Bring up the “Student Data” screen to see all the contacts for a student and basic student demographic information. Need to connect with them in the moment?
Tap their contact name and then their email address or phone number to communicate with them on the spot!
Message Center
The Message Center feature allows you to send out mass messages to communicate effectively with families. Utilize a combination of communication methods and feel good knowing who received your communication by viewing the Messaging Logs.

Phone Call (Text to Voice): send a voice message read from text
Record a Message: send a recorded message to be sent out immediately to all primary contacts or save it to be sent out at a later time as a Recorded Phone Call
Recorded Phone Call: a pre-recorded voice message saved in your district's jmc Office database.
