With online registration in full swing you need a way of knowing who still has to fill out forms, pay lunch balances and complete the process. With jmc's online registration progress dashboard, office professionals have a convenient report that includes the registration completion status for all families, lunch and tuition and fees balances, free and reduced lunch applications and more!

In jmc Office, head to jmc Family > Online Registration > Progress Dashboard to view the progress for each of the students in your building.

Step One: Select the appropriate options to narrow the information in your report from the following drop-down lists:

  • Grade: narrow results to a specific grade level or include "All Active" students in your online registration progress report

  • Family: view a specific family's online registration status "By Random" or view "All" families in your report

  • Student: view a specific student's online registration status "By Random" or view "All" families in your report

  • Advisor: narrow result for your online registration progress report to a specific advisor's students

  • Balance: get a quick snapshot of all selected families or students with negative lunch or fee balances

  • Forms: limit your results to the students or families that have not signed all forms

  • Registration: create a list of selected students or families that have or have not yet finished the online registration process

Step Two: Click the column heading to sort the report by family, registration status, family lunch balance, family fees owed, family forms completed, free and reduced application status, or number of students in the building.

Helpful Tip: Utilize any combination of sorting options in either ascending or descending order by clicking multiple categories.

Step Three: Click the " > " symbol next to a family's name to reveal more information about the registration status.

Step Four: Click the spreadsheet icon in the upper right hand corner of the report to export the report to a CSV file.

Step Five: Click the "Reset" button to remove all reporting and sorting options and return to the default "All Active" student report.

Helpful Tip: Efficiently communicate online registration status by clicking the "Email Finished Families", "Email Not Finished Families" and "Email Filtered Families" links in the "Quick Links" section to send an email to the primary contacts of a selected group.
