Schools that provide Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs, world language programs or other dual credit opportunities for students can track course and program offerings quickly and easily with jmc! After creating a course in jmc Office, simply head to the State Specific Section tab to assign CTE, dual credit or world language programs with the appropriate term.

In jmc Office head to the Schedules > Course > Edit Course Data page and click on the "State Specific Section" tab to associate a program with the selected course.

Step One: Enter the name of the course to be edited in the "Find" field to add program designations for the selected course.

Step Two: Click the “Edit” link next to a term on the "State Specific Section" tab to manage CTE program information for the selected section.

Step Three: Place a checkmark(s) in the the appropriate program option checkbox(es) from the “Program” drop-down list to associate a program(s) with the course section.

Step Four: Click the “Update” link to save this course record or the "Cancel" link to discard the changes.

Fun Fact: Once CTE, dual credit or world language programs are associated with courses, you will be able to indicate the student's participation level within the programs.
