The CTE Report in jmc provides a high level view of all CTE program concentrators, defined as a student who has completed (passed) a minimum of two CTE courses in a single career pathway throughout their high school career. Identify students that need CTE concentrator records for the current school year and ensure successful Perkins grant reporting with the CTE report in jmc!

Head to Wisconsin > CTE Report > CTE Report to view your CTE concentrators.

Step One: Select the appropriate radio button to narrow the range of students in the report by one of the following options:

  • By Sequential: Enter a range of student IDs in the "From" and "To" fields.

  • By Random: Select one or more students by entering their name or student ID in the "Find" drop-down list.

  • By Grade: Enter a grade level range in the "From" and "To" drop-down lists.

  • By Advisor: Enter a range of advisor IDs in the "From" and "To" fields.

Step Two (optional): Place a checkmark in the "Include CTE Courses Completed Prior to Grade 9" checkbox to add the specified course completion status to the report.

Step Three: Click the "Preview" button to view any student in the specified range that has completed at least two CTE courses within a CTE pathway.

Fun Fact: Students that already have CTE concentrator records in the current or prior years will have that detail displayed.

Step Four: Click the "Print" button to create a PDF or print a hard copy of the report for future reference.

Helpful Tip: Head to the "Programs" tab on the View Student Data page to add a CTE Program record for a student.
