Signing forms in jmc Student

The forms signature feature in jmc Student allows you to sign important forms and return them to the office from the comfort of your home!

Need to acknowledge a student handbook or consent to a technology agreement? No problem! After a form is uploaded in jmc Office, you will have access to the downloadable form and if a signature is required, you will be able to add a signature right from jmc Student. Sign consent and acknowledgement forms digitally in jmc Student and guarantee you never miss an opportunity due to a lost form again!

In jmc Student head to the Forms page to download and sign forms.

Step One: Click a form from the "Form" list to download the form to your computer for review.

Helpful Tip: Hover over the blue "i" icon next to the form name to view a description or instructions for the form.

Step Two: Click the "Add Student Signature" link to digitally add your signature.

Fun Fact: A "Sign Form" window will appear upon clicking the "Add Student Signature" link to allow you to sign or decline the form signature.

Step Three: Left click and hold the mouse while you write your signature in the space provided or place a checkmark in the "Decline" checkbox to refuse signing the form.

Step Four: Click the "Save" button to submit your signed form to the office.

Helpful Tip: Forget how to sign the form? Can't remember what the decline button does? Click the "Click here for instructions" link at the top of the page to refer back to the instructions.
