jmc release updates improve the stability, performance, and security of your jmc software and include updates for jmc Office, jmc Family, jmc Teacher, jmc Student, and other apps that are part of the jmc software family.
We recommend updating whenever a new version is available so you always have the latest and greatest feature set.
jmc Office: New features and innovations
When exporting a Missing Scores Report, the student's advisor will be included on the report allowing for extra communication for those supporting the student.
Iowa schools can view how long students have been listed with a migrant status by running a "Migrant Duration" list on the Attendance > Students > Lists page.
When printing a "Period Attendance for a Day Report" you now have the option to print the report with or without comments.

When updating Students by Grade Level, Minnesota schools can successfully submit their data to the MDE.
When printing Lunch Low Balance notices, they will now print as they appear on the screen.
All identified genders will show when running a student count on the Attendance > Staff > Advisor List page.

Apostrophes can be added to Competency-Based grading results definitions or descriptions.
When families sign up for a teacher conference time slot, their student's name will now be listed on the teacher's conference schedule.
When submitting grades to the Office on Edit > Edit Assignments for a Course or Grade page, teachers will no longer receive an error.
Teachers can now change their login passwords on the File > Preferences page to meet their school's security criteria.
Teachers will now be able to view all students not in an offering on the File > Flex Schedules > Offerings list.
When clicking within the menu tree on the Score Formative Assessment page, users will no longer receive a session time-out error.

Families can now change the email address associated with their online payment account using the "Manage Payment Methods" quick link on the Lunch page.
