Students completing a CTE course without receiving a CTE program designation or students that need program records added are updated on an individual basis in jmc Office. After using the Mass Create Student Section Programs feature, you might need to remove CTE credit from individual students that did not meet requirements for the CTE program. Simply update records for an individual student in jmc Office to accurately track CTE program status.

To update a CTE program status for an individual student, head to Schedules > Student > Edit Schedules.

Step One: Enter a student's name in the "Find" field to begin editing CTE records for the selected student.

Step Two: Click the "Student Section Details and Overrides" quick link located under the "Quick Links" section to view CTE program details.

Step Three: Click the "Edit" link next to a CTE course to edit student program details for the selected course section.

Step Four: Click the "Programs" drop-down list to access the CTE programs associated with the selected course section.

Fun Fact: The Mass Create Student Section Programs feature automatically places a checkmark in the Program checkbox for all students in the course section.

Step Five: Remove checkmark(s) from CTE program checkbox(es) to update program records for the selected student that did not meet requirements of the program.

Helpful Tip: Need to add a CTE program record for an individual student? Simply place a checkmark in the appropriate program checkbox(es).

Step Six: Click the "Update" link to save your changes or the "Cancel" link to discard changes.
