Allowing MCCC data to flow directly from jmc to the state is as simple as placing a checkmark in a checkbox! Once MCCC reporting via Ed-Fi is enabled, your district's course, course section, student and grading data can be reported during regular Ed-Fi data syncing. Avoid the tedious task of downloading files and uploading them to a state database by enabling MCCC reporting via Ed-Fi in jmc!

In jmc Office, head to File > Administrator Options to enable MCCC reporting via Ed-Fi for your building.

Step One: Click the "Ed-Fi Settings" link in the "Ed-Fi Settings" box to access the MCCC Ed-Fi Data Collection checkbox.

Step Two: Place a checkmark in the "Enable MCCC Ed-Fi Data Collection" checkbox to enable MCCC reporting via Ed-Fi.

Fun Fact: The "Enable MCCC Ed-Fi Data Collection" checkbox will be disabled for schools not participating in Ed-Fi beta testing.

Step Three: Click the "Save" button to update your Ed-Fi settings.
