Mistakes happen which is why jmc has created the ability to delete a course from the Ed-Fi portal if it was accidentally submitted for MCCC reporting and if the "Update Course" feature has not removed it already. With just a few clicks you are able to delete a course from the Ed-Fi portal even after it has been submitted to MCCC and avoid errors that prevent the smooth flow of data.

In jmc Office, head to Minnesota > Ed-Fi > Delete Course to remove a course from your Ed-Fi portal.

Step One: Select the appropriate building from the "Building" drop-down list to access available courses.

Step Two: Select a course from the "Find" drop-down list to delete an individual course from the Ed-Fi portal.

Helpful Tip: Enter the course name or number in the "Find" field to search for a course in your database.

Step Three: Click the "MN Ed-Fi Delete Course" button to complete the process of deleting the course from Ed-Fi for MCCC reporting.
