Awarding credit for articulation agreement, dual-concurrent enrollment, or PSEO courses is simple with jmc! Once students have completed their articulation agreement, dual-concurrent enrollment, or PSEO course, enter the results in jmc to paint the full picture of student academic progress including college grades and credits and high school credits toward graduation on official high school transcripts.

To add college credits and a grade to an articulation agreement, dual-concurrent enrollment or PSEO course, head to Schedules > Student > Edit Schedules in jmc Office.

Step One: Enter a student's name in the "Find" field to begin adding college credit for the selected student.

Step Two: Click the "Student Section Details and Overrides" link in the "Quick Links" section to view college course details.

Step Three: Click the "Edit" link next to a course to add a college grade or credit to that course.

Step Four: Enter a grade in the "College Grade Earned" field to associate a college grade with the student record.

Step Five: Enter the number of credits in the "College Credit Earned" field to associate college credits with the student record.

Step Six: Click the "Update" link to save your changes or click the "Cancel" link to discard them.
