jmc release updates improve the stability, performance, and security of your jmc software and include updates for jmc Office, jmc Family, and jmc Teacher. We recommend updating whenever a new version is available so you always have the latest and greatest feature set.
jmc Office: New features and innovations
Gender X can now be selected as a student's gender on the Wisconsin "Edit Student Data" page for state reporting purposes.
The Minnesota Free/Reduced denial letters will now include a custom message to families providing detailed information.
Nurses will now receive a pop-up message in jmc Office, suggesting to remove appointments if an inactive student is on their daily appointment list.
Inactive students will no longer appear on the Health > Medication Log > Medication Appointment page, only showing active students.
Lunch status will now be included on the Benefit Issuance List providing users with more detailed lunch status information.
Student Learning Modality is now available in all Wisconsin Student Lists to help schools understand the impact of modality on student performance.
In the Period Attendance module, office pros can now select multiple days when marking students absent to allow bulk reporting.
jmc Office: Updates
When entering information on the "View Student Data" page, users will no longer receive an error if data was entered in the Iowa ISASP Claim Code field.
If a Minnesota school has courses they are not going to submit to MCCC, the State Course Code drop-down list will remain blank.
Standard and Benchmark transcripts can now be printed and exported to send when requested.
Users will now be able to import ISASP Claim Codes enabling families to view how their students performed.
When processing Attendance Hotline submissions, users can select the pre-defined code to add the reason for the tardy or absence.
jmc Teacher: New features and innovations
When a teacher locks a grade on the Edit > Course Grades page, the student's grade percentage will change to a dash to signal the grade is manually entered.
jmc Students: Updates
Students will now be able to print their transcript from the home page when available.
