Step Six (optional): Enter the end date of the program in the "End Date" field or simply click the calendar icon to identify the end date of the program.
Helpful Tip: No need to fill out the "Reason Exited" field unless a student is actually exiting the program, as it is only used for that purpose.
Step Seven: Select either SR ("School Readiness") or ECFE ("Early Childhood Family Education") from the "Program Name" drop-down list to identify which program the student is enrolling.
Helpful Tip: Enter the "Service Attendance Hours" and "Service Membership Hours" at a later date once the hours have been logged, ensuring accurate recording of the data.
Step Eight: Place a checkmark in the appropriate "Funding Sources" checkbox(es) to identify how the student's educational expenses will be subsidized.
Step Nine (optional): Fill in the 'Registering Person 1' section with the required details, including first name, last name, date of birth, relation, and additional information, to accurately identify the person enrolling the student into the program.
Step Ten (optional): In the 'Registering Person 2' section, provide the necessary information, including first name, last name, date of birth, relation, and additional details, to accurately identify the second person enrolling the student into the program.
