As an administrator, you can manage contacts and groups, send messages in multiple formats, and track results from the dashboard. My Account Settings

The District Settings and My Settings pages give you the tools to shape Community Messenger for your organization and for yourself. From uploading a custom logo and setting password requirements to managing voice recordings and updating your own name, password, email addresses, phone numbers, and group memberships, everything you need is in one place.
District Settings: Configure your organization’s Community Messenger with logos, text-to-voice options, voice recordings, and password strength requirements.

Contacts and Groups Management

Community Messenger gives users the freedom to update their own information and manage their accounts—no administrator approval required. Administrators can step in when needed to edit details, create accounts, run directories, assign admin access, or favorite key contacts for quick access.
Contacts: A directory of everyone in your Community Messenger, where you can create, edit, export, and favorite contacts, as well as grant administrative access.
Groups: A collection of activities, organizations, or teams that can be created with custom avatars and used to send targeted messages to specific audiences.

Dashboard

The dashboard helps you keep tabs on communication across Community Messenger, giving you visibility into message volume, types, and delivery. With visual summaries and quick access tools, you’ll always know what’s happening and can jump straight to the tasks that matter.
Message quantity: A color-coded bar graph showing the number and type of messages sent over a selected date range.
Message type by month: A line graph tracking the frequency of message types over time, with hover details for quick summaries.
Total contacts and messages sent: A summary of the total contacts in your Community Messenger database alongside the total number of messages sent.
Message Log: A sortable list of all messages sent, showing Type, Title, Status, and Delivered columns.
Shortcuts: Links to frequently visited web pages for fast access.
Quicklinks: One-click access to common actions like sending a message, creating contacts or groups, or visiting the Help Center.
