Once licensed staff are listed in jmc Office, associate assignment details for each licensed staff member to ensure that assignments comply with areas of licensure. Simply add or update the appropriate assignment details for each staff member to create a Licensed Assignment report (LB) that can be validated and sent along to the MDE for STAR reporting.
In jmc Office, go to Minnesota > STAR > Staff Assignments to begin entering your licensed staff assignments.
Step One: Select the appropriate staff member by entering their name in the "Find" field or by scrolling through the list of licensed staff members.
Step Two: Click the "Add Row" button to begin entering the selected staff member's licensure information and school demographics as needed in your STAR reporting LB file.
Step Three: Add the appropriate assignment details using the provided drop-down lists and fields to create a complete licensed staff assignment record.
Step Four: Click the "Update" link to save the changes to your licensed staff assignment record or click the "Cancel" link to discard your changes.
Step Five: Repeat steps one through four to add assignment records for all of your licensed staff members.
