The Message Log is your running record of communication. It shows you what’s in progress, what’s been completed, and what’s scheduled for later—so you never lose track of a message. You can even resend duplicates or adjust scheduled items to keep things running smoothly.

To get started, go to Messages > Message Log in Community Messenger.

Step One: Click the Filter icon, choose a radio button (All, Completed, Scheduled, In Progress, or Stopped), then click the Apply button to view messages with that status or the Cancel button to clear the filter.

💡 Helpful Tip: Need more ways to narrow your view? Try these tools:

  • Click the disclosure triangles for Message type (filter by type, such as text or email) or Date range (filter by a specific range).

  • Enter part of a title in the Search field to filter by message title.

  • Click the < or > arrows at the top of the page to view more messages, or enter a number in the Page number field to jump to a specific page.

Step Two: Click the disclosure triangle next to a message to view details, including title, creator, and key dates (created, scheduled, sent, completed).

Step Three: Hover and click the Overflow menu icon (three dots) next to a message,

then select View message to review its content or Clone to copy and reuse it.

💡 Helpful Tip: Clicking Clone opens the Send message page, where you can review, edit, or resend the duplicate message.

Step Four: Hover over a scheduled message and click the Overflow menu icon (three dots) and select Delete to remove the scheduled message.

✅ By keeping an eye on the Message Log, you’ll stay confident that every message gets where it needs to go.
