Apply to one or more Minnesota colleges knowing that you'll be granted admission with a few clicks in jmc Student! Simply select the college or colleges you'd like to apply to from a list of colleges you're eligible for in jmc Student and your Direct Admissions file will be sent to the Minnesota Office of Higher Education (MOHE) through jmc Office. Save time and reduce cost associated with college applications by applying for direct admission through jmc Student.

Select colleges for direct admission by logging into jmc Student and click "Direct Admissions" in the menu tree.

Step One: Select one or more colleges for Direct Admission from a list of colleges you are eligible for by placing a checkmark in the checkbox next to the name of the college.

Helpful Tip: Direct Admissions data is sent to the MOHE regularly, so you may update your list of colleges for direct admissions as often as you need.

Step Two (optional): To opt out of the direct admissions application process, place a checkmark in the "I am not interested in Direct Admissions" checkbox.

Fun Fact: The list of eligible colleges is populated according to your academic tier which is determined by your unweighted grade point average and your GPA from English, Math, and Science coursework for 10th and 11th grade.
