jmc's integration with Direct Admissions Minnesota allows schools to automatically share Direct Admissions files with the Minnesota Office of Higher Education (MOHE) to improve the college application process for students. With just a few set up steps, you can start sharing your files with the MOHE!

To enable the Direct Admissions Minnesota integration, head to File > Integrations in jmc Office.

Step One: Click the "Edit" button in the "Direct Admissions MN" row to open the settings box.

Step Two: Place a checkmark in the "Enabled" checkbox to allow files to be transferred to the MOHE.

Step Three (optional): Enter any additional information in the "Comment" field to provide additional comments about the integration such as "Files are sent every Friday."

Step Four: Enter a time in the "Export Time" field or simply click the clock icon to select a time of day to send your Direct Admissions files to the MOHE.

Helpful Tip: Select an export time that coincides with the end of a workday such as 5pm or later to ensure any last minute changes are reflected in your shared file.

Fun Fact: The "SFTP URL," "SFTP Username," "SFTP Password," and "SFTP Port" fields establish a secure connection between jmc and the MOHE and will be entered by jmc.

Step Five: Click the "Save" button to update the changes made to your integration settings or click the "Cancel" button to discard them.

Step Six (optional): Click the "Export Now" link to immediately export your Direct Admissions file.

Fun Fact: Direct Admissions files will be automatically exported weekly each Friday at the time you selected in your integration settings.
