The admin portal of the Community Messenger is equipped with a dashboard for viewing all important information on one convenient page.

Welcome to the jmc Community Messenger Dashboard, your centralized hub for managing communication efficiently. Here, you'll find a condensed view of message quantities, types, statuses, frequently contacted groups, and shortcuts to important pages. Save time and make well-informed decisions with quick access to essential communication data, all in one convenient location.

Simply click the "Home" icon in your administrator portal to get started.

Communication Summary

Quickly view your messaging activities including the number of messages sent, message types by month, and total number of contacts in your database to gain valuable insights and optimize your communication strategy.

  • Message quantity: a color coded bar graph displaying the number and type of messages you have sent over a specified date range.

  • Message type by month: a color coded line graph displaying the frequency of message types sent by month over a specified date range.

    • Hover Display: hover over a month to display an easy to read summary of the message totals by type for the selected month.

  • Total contacts and messages sent: view the total number of contacts in your Community Messenger database along with the total number of messages sent.

Message Log

The message log on the Community Messenger dashboard provides a quick view of the most recently sent messages, including the message type, status, and number delivered. Monitor your communication in real-time and ensure that messages are successfully sent, allowing for timely follow-ups if any issues arise.

  • Type: a visual identifier of the sent message type, such as email, text message, voice-to-text, or recorded message.

  • Title: the title of your sent message.

  • Status: the status of a sent message (in-progress, scheduled to be sent, stopped, completed or completed with a number of messages that failed to send).

  • Delivered: the number of delivered messages alongside the total number of attempted contacts.

  • View All: the full list of messages sent from the Community Messenger.

Frequently Contacted Groups

The "Frequently contacted groups" tile showcases the groups you communicate with most often, helping to streamline the messaging process. Quickly access a frequently contacted group's page right from the dashboard.

Shortcuts and Quicklinks

Customize your experience on the Community Messenger dashboard with shortcuts and access your next steps from the "Quicklinks" section. Streamline your workflow by navigating directly to the pages or websites that are important to you with just a click!

  • Shortcuts: add new shortcuts to frequently visited sites and edit or delete existing shortcuts to enhance your experience.

    • Hover display: hover over a shortcut to edit or delete an existing shortcut.

  • Quicklinks: access next steps in the Community Messenger like creating a message, new contact or new group or access the help center for further assistance.
