The dashboard is your central hub for managing communication. It brings together snapshots of messages, statuses, groups, and shortcuts so you can see what’s happening all in one place. With everything laid out clearly, you’ll save time and always know where to start.

Dashboard cards for communication insights

Track key metrics to understand your messaging activity and community engagement.

The dashboard provides several cards to help you understand your messaging activity and community engagement. Use the built-in filters to focus on specific message types, time frames, or recipient groups.

  • Message quantity: A color-coded bar graph showing the number and type of messages sent over a selected date range.

  • Message type by month: A line graph tracking the frequency of message types over time. Hover over any point for a quick summary.

  • Total contacts and messages sent: A summary of the total contacts in your Community Messenger database alongside the total number of messages sent.

✅ With these cards, you can quickly spot trends and understand how your community is engaging with messages.


Message Log

Quickly review your most recent communications and their delivery status.

The Message Log card provides a snapshot of your most recently sent messages, showing the Type, Title, Status, and Delivered columns. Use it to monitor activity in real time, confirm successful delivery, and address issues quickly.

  • Type: A visual identifier of the message type (email, text message, voice-to-text, or recorded message).

  • Title: The title of the sent message.

  • Status: The current status of the message (in-progress, scheduled, stopped, completed, or completed with some failures).

  • Delivered: The number of successfully delivered messages compared to the total number of attempted contacts.

  • View All: A link to the full list of messages sent from Community Messenger.

✅ By keeping an eye on the Message Log, you’ll stay confident that messages are being delivered successfully.


Frequently contacted groups

See which groups you message most often.

Highlights the groups you communicate with most often, making it easy to start a new message. From the dashboard, you can jump directly to a group’s page for quick and efficient communication.

Shortcuts and Quicklinks

Move through Community Messenger more efficiently.

Alongside your most-used groups, the Shortcuts and Quicklinks cards help you move through Community Messenger more efficiently. Use them to personalize your dashboard and jump straight to the actions and pages you use most.

  • Shortcuts: Tools to add, edit, or delete links to frequently visited sites. Use the hover function for quick management and customization to fit your workflow.

  • Quicklinks: Direct links to actions like sending a message, creating a new contact or group, or visiting the Help Center.

✅ With Shortcuts and Quicklinks, your most important tools are always right where you need them.
