Need the Reference ID for a specific withdrawal? Here’s how to locate it in just a few simple steps:
Go to Withdrawal Page
Click on the menu button in the top-left corner, to open the sidebar menu and select "Withdraw" from the menu.
Open Withdrawal History Popup
On the withdrawal page, click the "Withdrawal History" button to open the popup, where you will find all your withdrawal requests.
Find the Reference ID
Inside the popup, you'll see the Reference ID column clearly. This is the unique identifier for your withdrawal.
