After raising an Offer Support Ticket, you can check the status in your mail.
Our Support Team tries to resolve all Offer Support tickets within 25 days. If you have already submitted an Offer Support ticket, you can check the status of your ticket in your mail.
We receive these offers from an offer provider, such as a Wannads. Offers marked as "OnlineJobs" are not created by OnlineJobs, but we are in touch with the provider. We rely on the information you provide in the ticket, including notes and screenshots. We have to cross-reference your supporting evidence against the data we receive from the offer provider.
Sometimes there is not enough evidence to approve tickets. Some examples of why that may be are below:
- Technical problems with tracking
- Unusual activity within the provider's app
- Unusual activity on OnlineJobs
When this happens, we must decline your ticket. Please note that the reasons mentioned above are just a few examples of why we may decline your ticket.
Offer Support Ticket Status
In Progress
The Reward status will show “In Progress” and the Support ticket will show “Awaiting Support”.
When the ticket has been worked, you will receive a notification in your email registeren on your OnlineJobs profile.
Declined
The Reward status will show “Completed” and the Support ticket will show “Declined by support”.
When we decline tickets, it's because we don't have enough evidence to accept your ticket. This can be true even if you send us screenshots.
Rewards can only be accepted in compliance with our Terms of Service if OnlineJobs and/or our Offer Partners are able to properly validate your achievements.
Accepted
The Reward status will show “Completed” and the Support ticket will show “Accepted by support”.
Your reward will have been granted.
Sometimes, it takes an unusual amount of time for the offer provider to send us updates about the reward. This is why you can only create a ticket after 3 days. An already declined ticket can also be retroactively approved if there is new information from the offer provider.
