PayPal & Visa Cashouts

PayPal and Visa withdrawals can usually be refunded manually.

If you have not yet entered your PayPal account information to claim the PayPal withdrawal, just message our Support team, and we will issue the refund for you.

If you have already entered your PayPal account information or details to claim your Visa Prepaid Card, you will need to contact our Payment provider (Tremendous) at help@tremendous.com. Provide them with your Transaction ID and request that they "un-redeem" your Cashout.

It's very important to use that specific term as their support uses "cancel" and "refund" for different purposes and may be confused otherwise.

Afterwards, inform us once this withdrawal has been cancelled on their end.

Gift Cards

We do not issue refunds for any type of gift card withdrawals.

It's crucial that you select the correct country for your Gift Card. Gift Cards are region-locked; for example, a US gift card would not work in Germany. Gift cards are non-refundable, and we will not be able to assist if you have withdrawn one for the wrong region.

Crypto Withdrawals

Since crypto transactions are automatically sent out once your withdrawal is approved and each transaction is irreversible, there is no way for us to refund any crypto withdrawals.
