There's no requirement to manually opt-in to participate in leaderboard rewards or meet specific criteria beforehand. Any points you earn through completing offers or surveys automatically qualify you for the leaderboard rankings.

Prizes are awarded in onlinejobs.money credits, which can be immediately cashed out. However, if you qualify for the leaderboard through an offer that is temporarily held for security reasons, your leaderboard reward will also be pending until the associated offer completions are finalized without any chargebacks.
