What Should I Do in Case of Underpayment?

Making a payment to fund your challenge account is usually seamless — but occasionally, a transaction might be underpaid due to incorrect fees, network slippage, or exchange wallet miscalculations.

At OnlyFundsFX, we’re here to ensure that even when hiccups occur, your challenge experience stays on track.

If you notice or are notified that your transaction did not go through due to insufficient funds, here’s what you should do:


✅ 1. Contact Support Immediately

Reach out to us through Live Chat or Email as soon as possible.

✅ 2. Prepare the Required Information

To speed up the resolution, please include the following in your message:

  •  Transaction Hash (TXID):
    This is the unique ID from your wallet or exchange confirming the payment. It allows us to trace the transaction on the blockchain.

  •  Amount Sent & Currency:
    E.g., “567.89 USDT via TRC-20”

  •  Your OnlyFundsFX Account Email or ID

  •  Screenshot of Payment Confirmation


✅ 3. Follow Support Instructions to Settle the Remaining Amount

Our team will review the transaction and give you a new wallet address and amount to complete the payment.

⚠️ Important: Do NOT resend funds to the original address unless instructed. A unique temporary address may be generated to complete the payment correctly.


Once the full required amount is received:

  • Your account will be automatically activated.

  • You will receive an email with your login credentials.

  • You can begin trading with your purchased challenge.

⏱️ Most underpayment resolutions are completed within 24 hours.
