What do my beneficiaries need to do after my passing?

  1. Notify Onramp - Contact Onramp within 90 days of the Account Owner’s passing at: support@onrampbitcoin.com

  2. Provide Required Documentation - Submit a certified death certificate and any other documents requested by Onramp to confirm their identity and the the Account Owner’s passing.

  3. Complete Onramp Onboarding - All beneficiaries must complete Onramp’s standard onboarding process (including identity verification) before any assets can be transferred.
