How do I recover my assets in the event of a key partner failure?

In the event of a key partner failure, please locate your Instructions for Client Recovery of Vault Assets. This can be found within your account:

  1. Click your name and Settings in the top right corner of the dashboard

  2. In the Recovery section, click Download PDF Instructions

  3. Use these step by step instructions to complete a recovery transaction for each of your vaults
