How to create a team

Learn how to create driver teams based on zones, assign them to dispatchers, and link service types for better team management.

You can categorize drivers into different groups named 'Teams' based on the zones you have.

In the admin center, you can create new teams for your drivers using the following path and assign the zone(s) you want to each team:

Admin Center β†’ Drivers β†’ Teams β†’ New Record

Team Use Cases

  • You can categorize your drivers based on the different zones that you have. These zones can represent various cities or operational areas where your service is available.

  • You have the option to assign each team of drivers to a different dispatcher user. For instance, each dispatcher user can be responsible for monitoring a specific team that is divided according to your zones or operation areas.

  • Furthermore, you can associate any or all of your service types with each team, depending on your preferences. This allows you to categorize service types in alignment with the teams you have established.
