Log into the Thrive portal and select the Pipelines page from the left-hand menu under the Talent Exchange dropdown.
Click + Create Pipeline.
Creating a Pipeline
Enter a Pipeline Name and select a job. Note that the job must be published in order to add it to a pipeline.
To open the pipeline, you can either:
Click on the Pipeline Name link under the “Name” column on the left
Click on the three dots under the “Actions” column on the right and select View.
From here, you can see a link to the Assigned Job Post and the different phases of a candidate’s journey.
Adding Candidates to a Pipeline
Once you have set up your pipeline, you can start adding candidates by selecting Candidate Search. Confirm that you want to search for candidates.
By searching for candidates directly from pipelines, a search will automatically populate for you based on your job post. This includes search results for location and relevant skills. Review and edit the search as needed.
Thrive tip: Ensure that the role is assigned to the Pipeline and published to the Job Board in order to use this shortcut to find candidates.
You can add Candidates to your search by:
Clicking the Candidate ID link under the “ID” column on the left to view their full profile and then clicking Save to pipeline on the profile page
Clicking on the three dots under the “Actions” column on the right and selecting Save to Pipeline.
Managing a Pipeline
You can simply keep track of your pipeline for your recruitment by changing the status of the Candidates.
You can email Candidates that you have saved to your Pipeline by clicking on the three dots under the Actions column on the right and selecting Contact. This will bring you to the Email Builder where you can send an email to the Candidate. Once you have sent the email the Candidate will automatically move to the Contacted Candidates tab.
If you want to follow up with a Candidate, you can change their status to Follow Up, and the Candidate will automatically move to the Follow Up tab. If a candidate is not moving forward, select Reject Candidate to move them to the Rejected Candidates tab. Within the different tabs, you can change the Candidate’s status and move them to different tabs.
Please Note: Moving a candidate to the Follow-Up or Rejected Candidates status will not trigger any automatic messages. These stages are intended to help you stay organized during your recruitment process.
Archiving a Pipeline
Under Actions, click on the 3 dots and select Archive.
Archiving a pipeline will move it from the Active to the Archived section on the Pipelines page. This helps your team stay organized and focused on active roles.
Please note: Once a pipeline is archived, you will no longer be able to save candidates to it. To make it active again, click the three dots and select Unarchive if you resume hiring for that role.
