Activate your card in 5 simple steps
✔️ Step 1: Log in to your account and go to the "Card" section and click "Get Now".
✔️ Step 2: Confirm the personal information we require.
✔️ Step 3: After you have read the T&C, click the "I Agree" button.
✔️ Step 4: Code Validation. Fill out the code that will be sent to you via email and click the “Submit” button.
❌ Note:
If you get any error in this step, please delete cookies and caché before try it again. Don't forget to scroll down slowly in order to the platform confirms that you have read the terms and conditions.
✔️ Step 5: All set! The virtual card will be automatically assigned and will be registered in your Ontop account.
💳 How to Top up the card? 💳
✔️ Step 1: After having activated your Ontop virtual card and following the steps described above; You must go to the "Card" section and click on the "Top-up card".
✔️ Step 2: Fill in the transfer amount and click the confirm button.
All set! Your card has been successfully recharged. 🚀
