OnTrack Incident Tracking is an Incident tracking and dispatching system built specifically for live events. The system unifies key features and processes that currently take place over multiple systems, making it an efficient and powerful tool for event operators.

OnTrack Incidents allows teams to log event incidents of any type, dispatch response teams, track staff and incident location via GPS, send mobile alerts and generate custom reports, all from the same platform and based on the event’s CAD map.
