Large caches can lead to performance issues; here's how to clear them.

For optimal performance, OnTrack works best in Incognito Mode (Google Chrome is recommended). We recommend using Incognito Mode to prevent third-party cookies, avoid browser cache issues, and enhance security.

Google Chrome

  1. Right-click on the page and select "Inspect"

  2. In the Developer Tools window, click the "Application" tab

  3. Under the "Storage" section, find and expand the "Cookies" dropdown

  4. Right-click on the URL "https://dash.ontrack.co" and select "Clear"

  5. You will be redirected to the login page, where you'll need to enter your phone number to log in again


Safari

  1. Click "Safari" in the top menu, then select "Settings" from the dropdown

  2. Navigate to the "Privacy" tab

  3. In the search bar, type 'OnTrack' to locate any related data

  4. Select the instances you'd like to remove and click "Remove"

  5. You will be redirected to the login page, where you’ll need to enter your phone number to regain access


Firefox

  1. Right-click on the page and select "Inspect"

  2. In the Developer Tools window, click on the "Storage" tab

  3. Expand the "Cookies" section

  4. Right-click on https://dash.ontrack.co and select "Delete All"

  5. You will be redirected to the login page, where you'll need to enter your phone number to log in again
