Common Login Issues in OnTrack and How to Resolve Them

  1. Invalid Phone Number - If you're getting a 'User Not Found' error in the top-right that means the number you are entering is either not in the system, or was incorrectly placed in the system.


    Solution: Confirm the Staff Details within WorkForce. To see additional WorkForce guides: Managing your Staff



  2. Not Receiving a Pin - This can be caused due to carrier issues, wrong number inputted, or your account being in 'Demo' mode.


    Solution: Confirm that the number is correct in WorkForce. If everything seems correct on your end and pins are still not being received, please reach out to support@ontrack.co with the following information:

    1. First / Last Name:

    2. Cell Phone Number:

    3. Company:

    4. Role:



  3. User is Blocked - If you receive a 'User is Blocked' error in the top right, please reach out to the admin of the system to 'Unblock' your access to the OnTrack System.


    Solution: By clicking on the 'Users' button on the Events List, Admins can easily block/unblock by clicking on the Ø on the left side of the page
