Multiselecting 2 or more tasks opens up the ability to do 'Batch Actions', move to a different list, assign staff / division + more. 1 click

Batch Actions

When 2 or more Tasks are selected (using the left checkboxes), a Batch Action dropdown will appear above, allowing you to perform various actions on a mass scale.




  1. Link to a List


    1. Moves the selected tasks to the chosen list.

  2. Make Private

    1. Will remove the selected task(s) from current list, placing them into your 'Private List'

  3. Assign To


    1. The process is the same as assigning individual tasks. Select the department on the left to list all users in the table, or use 'Find Staff' to display search results.

  4. Assign Division


    1. Here you can assign a division to the selected tasks. The ability to assign multiple divisions through batch actions COMING SOON.

      1. You can do this on a singular task level right now

  5. Edit Due Date and Time


    1. A calendar appears, allowing you to change the date, and the time can be entered as free text, allowing for precise due date/time input.

  6. Make Recurring

    1. Custom Selection

      1. Allows you to select individual dates, as well as start and end times.

    2. Range Selection

      1. Allows you to select all dates within a chosen range, as well as start and end times.

  7. Delete
