How to Enable MFA Login

We now support MFA logins! You can now use your own MFA application on your phone for login, instead of a text message.

Common MFA Applications

Google Authenticator (iOS / Android)

Microsoft Authenticator (iOS / Android)

Duo Mobile (iOS / Android)

2FA Authenticator (iOS / Android)

Once you have your MFA application downloaded, log into your OnTrack account, and click on your name in the top right corner, then select Settings.

Once you're in the settings page, click on the 'Security' tab on the left. Toggling 'Enable MFA' will display a QR code. Next, open the MFA application you've chosen on your phone.

(For the example below, I am using the 2FA Authenticator app on a iOS device)

Once you click on the +, a camera viewfinder will appear allowing you to scan the QR code from OnTrack.

Once scanned, you will be presented with a 6-digit code that you will enter into OnTrack, below the QR code.

After you click save, MFA will be enabled for your account. You can then change your 'Preferred Login Method' to MFA for a quicker and easier login process.
