Incident Type Translation

Global Admins and Managers can now translate incident types in non-English accounts into English, allowing them to easily understand what's going all around the world.

To turn on the "Translation Type Lock," click on your username in the top right corner, then click "Settings." On the following page, click the toggle to turn it on.

All incident types in the OnTrack ecosystem (regardless of the language they exist in) are tied back to a CORE list which is set in English. Once turned on, global users can access non-English accounts and the incident types within the List View will be translated back to it's English CORE Type.

Once hovered over, the original type in its default language will appear above
