How can I request a refund?

Please note that any changes to subscriptions, such as cancellations or refunds can only be made through Apple's App Store or Google's Play Store.

Apple iPhone (iOS)

šŸ’” Apple handles all refund requests for purchases made through the App Store. The app provider cannot issue refunds directly

  1. Go to Apple’s official refund site: https://reportaproblem.apple.com

  2. Sign in with your Apple ID (the one used for the purchase).

  3. Click ā€œRequest a refundā€ from the dropdown menu.

  4. Select the reason for your refund request.

  5. Locate and select the subscription purchase from the list.

  6. Click "Submit."

Apple typically reviews and responds to refund requests within a few business days via email.

Android Phone

šŸ’” Google manages refunds for all purchases made through the Play Store. Refunds are subject to Google’s policies and availability.

Option 1: Within 48 hours of purchase

  1. Go to the Google Play refund page: https://play.google.com/store/account

  2. Scroll to Order History and find the subscription.

  3. Click ā€œRequest a refundā€ or ā€œReport a problem.ā€

  4. Select a reason and follow the on-screen instructions.

Option 2: After 48 hours

  1. Visit the Google Play Help Center: https://support.google.com/googleplay

  2. Scroll down and click ā€œContact Usā€ for further assistance.

  3. Provide details about your purchase and reason for the refund.
