We understand that plans change! You may cancel or modify your reservation up to 8 hours before class starts without penalty. If you cancel at least 8 hours in advance, your class credit will be returned to your account, but the original expiration date or billing cycle will still apply.

For cancellations made within 8 hours of class start time or late arrivals, the following policies apply:

• Single Class, Class Pack, and 4, 8, or 12-Class Pass Holders: The class credit will be forfeited.

• Unlimited Pass Holders: A $10 late cancellation fee will apply.
