At ONYX, all sales are final, and we are unable to offer refunds for drop-in classes, class packs, or unused passes. However, if you cancel within the allowed cancellation window or if ONYX cancels your class, the class will be returned to your account as a class credit for future use.
A few things to keep in mind:
• Class credits will follow their original expiration dates and cannot be extended.
• Unused classes, class packs, or passes are non-transferable and cannot be shared.
