We get it—life gets busy! However, unused pass credits do not roll over and will expire on your renewal date. Unfortunately, they cannot be extended or transferred to another member.

Not sure when your pass renews? Here’s how to check in just a few steps:

Log in to your ONYX member account

Click on “My Membership” in the left-hand navigation panel

Select “Subscriptions”

Hover over the dates under your subscription to see your renewal date
