Can I pause my monthly pass?

Passes can be paused for up to 14 days once a year.

Yes! We’re happy to offer one complimentary membership pause of up to 14 days per year for our members. To request a pause, simply let us know at least 10 days in advance by stopping by the studio or emailing your home studio.

If you need to pause for longer than 14 days due to a medical reason or injury, just provide supporting documentation from your medical provider in your request. We may ask for documentation to support your extended leave.
